Counsellor Empanelment is granted only for a year.     

At Insight Counselling Services, we take pride in upholding high ethical standards of our service and ensure that our service users are receiving a World Class Premium Counselling Service.  It is, therefore, imperative that our counsellors are competent to work at certain fundamental professional standards or better and that they will keep their skills and knowledge up to date.  To ensure this happens all the time in Insight Counselling Services, Counsellor Empanelment is granted and renewed annually. 

Renewal of empanelment is granted, only to those counsellors, who demonstrate that they can:

1. Commit to Ethical Standards of Counselling Practice every year
2.  
3. Commit to and complete a minimum numbers of Continuous Professional Development trainings every year
4.  
5. Commit to and participate in a minimum number of professional supervisions sessions every year
6.  
7. Commit to and participate in a minimum number of personal counselling from an allocated counselling supervisor every year
8.  
9. Commit to and complete a minimum number of Counselling sessions every year
