When considering your empanelment application with Insight Counselling Services, in adition to your qualification and expereince in counselling practice, please make sure that you are able to meet following operational requirements.

• You need to consider whether you can commence counselling practice as a self-employed contractor with Insight Counselling Services;
•  
• If you are in employment elsewhere, your employer might object to you taking on freelance work as an empanelled counsellor.  Therefore, you must ensure that there is no restrictions placed on you by your employer;
•  
• You should also carefully consider how much time in a week you can spare for taking on counselling.  We expect all empanelled counsellor to offer a minimum commitment of 5 Counselling Sessions a week and up to a maximum legal limit of 48 hours per week in India.  You will only be contacted to offer counselling, if your selection of time slots meets the requirements of our clients;

• You may choose and add as many slots as you may wish to, however, please be mindful that once you offer a slot as your availability, you will be expected to honour that time slot at least for next three months;
•  
• You will not be able to remove it before for next 3 months. So please apply as much caution as you may, while making your selection in the calendar. Every time you add a new time slot, it requires you approval in Manage Slot section.

• Do you have spare room or a disturbance free space in your house, office or anywhere else where you can operate from without being disturbed or distracted.  We expect that counselling sessions should be conducted in a confidential and intruption free environment;
•  
• We would expect you to observe absolute confidentiality and almost give us a guarantee that while operating from home, service user information will not be compromised in any way or form.  No one will be watching you or overhearing your conversations with your service users

• You will have access to a very good speed of internet and good enough quality of computer to allow uninterrupted streaming of video Conversations with your service users;
