ILCS Counselling Skills Learning Programme is a unique learning opportunity, of the only of its kind available in India, which provides experiential professional counselling skills learning. Three learning modules (80%) out of four are practice based modules.  In addition to this, there is a theoretical module, particularly for those who are new to counselling or psychology.

Such learning programmes, based on Global Standards, are generally priced at ₹2,50,000, but for India, we have priced it at a reasonable amount of ₹1,25,000 (exc GST).

Having completed this learning programme, learners will be awarded with an Advance Diploma in Counselling Practice, which will allow them access to our Counsellor Empanelment process.  As an Empanelled Counsellor with Insight Counselling Services, their return on investment will be 5-6 times in their first year (depending on their time commitment).  But most importantly, they will become a professional Counselling Practitioners and will be poised to help millions of silent suffers in our society.

Govt of India estimates 20% population is in need of some psychological and Psychiatric counselling in our country, 45-50% of corporate employees are suffering with stress, anxiety and sleeplessness and host of other emotional and psychological difficulties, but unfortunately support services in our country for these millions of silent suffers are far and few between.  In our country, where Psychiatric and/or Mental Health Services are extremely poor, the scope for counselling services, like ours, is huge and vast.
